Digital products — no physical shipping
Aviator Cloud (aviatorcloud.app) sells exclusively digital products: online courses, browser-based simulators, downloadable PDF resources, the Pilot CV Builder, and access to our learning platform. There is therefore no physical shipping, and no shipping charges apply.
Access & delivery
- Course & simulator access is granted automatically and immediately upon successful payment, by linking the purchased product to your aviatorcloud.app user account.
- Downloadable resources (PDFs, cheat-sheets, formula sheets) become available on the order-confirmation page and are also emailed to the address on the order.
- If, for any reason, you do not receive access within 30 minutes of a successful payment, please email support@aviatorcloud.com with your order number and we will resolve it the same business day.
Geographic availability
Aviator Cloud is a global platform. Digital products are available worldwide unless local law restricts access. All prices are inclusive of applicable Indian taxes where relevant.
Physical items
If Aviator Cloud ever offers a physical item (for example, printed books or branded merchandise), shipping terms specific to that item will be listed on the product page, and a dispatch timeline and tracking number will be provided once the item ships. India domestic orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days of order confirmation; international shipping timelines depend on destination.
