Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for choosing Aviator Cloud for your online learning needs. We understand that occasionally circumstances may arise that require a refund of your purchase. The following refund policy applies to all courses, simulators, downloadable resources and other digital products purchased through aviatorcloud.app.
Refund eligibility
Refunds are only available for products purchased directly through our website at aviatorcloud.app or aviatorcloud.com. If you purchased through a third-party platform or a reseller, you must follow that platform’s refund policy.
How to request a refund
Contact our customer support team at support@aviatorcloud.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and provide your order details — including the order number, product or course name, and the reason for your refund request.
Refund period
Refunds are only available within the first 14 days after the date of purchase. If you purchased a subscription, you may request a refund within the first 14 days after the initial purchase or renewal date.
Refund amount
The refund amount will be equal to the purchase price of the product, minus any discounts or coupons applied at the time of purchase, and minus any non-refundable payment-gateway charges where applicable.
Refund processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval and issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the amount may take additional days to reflect in your statement.
No refund for completed courses
No refunds will be provided for courses that have been completed or for courses in which a certificate of completion has been issued.
No refund for violations
Aviator Cloud reserves the right to refuse a refund request if we suspect any violation of our Terms of Use or any misuse of our platform — including credential sharing, unauthorised redistribution of materials, or fraudulent payment.
Returns of physical products
Aviator Cloud primarily sells digital products and online courses; there is generally nothing to physically return. If a physical product is ever sold and you wish to return it, please contact support before shipping anything back — the same 14-day window applies and the item must be returned in original condition.
