Multi-Tasking Pilot Aptitude Trainer
CASS · COMPASS · SkyTest · Symbiotics-style cadet pilot screening practice
Monitor a live cockpit display with instruments and warning systems. Memory recall is tested in the debrief — you must remember details from ATC transmissions during the mission.
Your task:
Scoring: Situational awareness measured via the debrief at end of mission (+5 per correct recall).
Two simultaneous psychomotor tasks share the left panel — obstacle avoidance and attitude (horizon) tracking. Both run continuously.
Controls:
An artificial horizon is overlaid on the canvas. The aircraft will drift in roll; correct it back to wings-level. Maintaining attitude is critical — this is the core CASS / SkyTest psychomotor task.
Scoring:
Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru & Chennai ATC will issue instructions via voice synthesis. Callsigns include IndiGo, Air India, Vistara, SpiceJet, AirAsia India and Akasa flights operating in Indian FIRs.
Procedure:
Scoring:
Task 1: Arithmetic Questions
Solve mental math problems of progressively increasing difficulty across 5 tiers (simple add/subtract → multiplication → percentages → aviation calculations → multi-step).
Task 2: Aircraft & Waypoint Detection
Press the corresponding button when prompted (the button will be the active detection target). False alarms penalised.
Mission controls: You can press PAUSE in the top-right of the game header to stop all timers temporarily. The mission runs for 5 minutes, then a brief debrief (5 pts per correct memory recall), then Mission 2.
